Cancellation Policy

Iron Stallions ATV Adventures ATV Rental Terms & Conditions These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all ATV rentals from Iron Stallions ATV Adventures (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, paying for, or participating in an ATV rental, the Renter (“you,” “your”) agrees to the following terms: 1. Eligibility Riders must meet the minimum age requirements for each ATV: Youth ATV 70cc or similar: 6–10 years old Youth ATV 110cc or similar: 10–13 years old Youth/Small Adult ATVs up to 250cc: 13+ years old All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid government-issued ID is required for the parent/guardian signing the rental agreement. 2. Safety Requirements Helmets and protective gear are mandatory for all riders at all times. Riders must attend and complete the safety orientation before riding. No reckless driving, stunts, racing, or leaving designated trails is permitted. The Company reserves the right to terminate a ride immediately if unsafe behavior is observed. 3. Assumption of Risk ATV riding is an inherently risky activity that may result in injury, property damage, or death. By signing the rental form, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for yourself and any minors under your supervision. You release and hold harmless Iron Stallions ATV Adventures, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during the rental period. 4. Rental Use & Responsibilities ATVs must only be used on Company-approved trails and areas. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the ATV during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear. No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants may be consumed before or during ATV use. ATVs must be returned in the same condition as issued. 5. Payment & Fees Rental fees must be paid in full prior to the ride. A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. Additional charges apply for: Damage or loss of equipment. Late returns ($10 per 15 minutes late). Cleaning fees if the ATV is excessively dirty. 6. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. The Company may cancel rentals due to unsafe weather or trail conditions; in such cases, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and defend the Company against any claims, damages, or legal actions.
